Bottles Inspection
A modular configuration up to 7 cameras, composed by a camera to inspect the neck, one with optical pericentric to inspect the
thread, a group of four cameras located at 90 ° between them to inspect the lateral surface and an auxiliary camera to inspect the bottom of the bottle.
The software comes with proprietary algorithms to increase the contrast on the defects of a special tools to automatically extract the area logo or parts with decoration, in order to set different sensitivity.
The use of Giga Ethernet cameras, special lenses and LED lights makes the system truly dedicated to this kind of inspection and at the top of the technology. The supply may be supplemented by a special conveyor belt to separate the bottles with a star, strap system for lifting of the bottle for the bottom inspection, a rejection system for the faulty bottles and a device for the automatic change of the box !
