Preformer
Preformer allows to detect typical defects on PET preforms, which may be originated by improper injection moulding, improper preform handling or off-spec/contaminated PET chips fed into the injection moulding machine.
The Preformer has been validated after longrun tests by AMCOR, the biggest american manufacturer of PET preforms.
It is the first System really capable to match requests of moulding and blowing machines producers, of small companies trasforming plastic materials and of companies bottling water at spring.
The only one system which allows to create a new set-up (change of preformer model) in way totally automatic, without human intervention.
Preformer allows a configuration to full scalar modular structure, from one up to five telecameras, using dedicated and proprietary algorithms for the defect typical of preforme check.
Any manual optic regulation operation is not required
Setup completely automatic, changing of the type and the colour of preforme, that is of the production program ( automatic identification of the useful zones of inspection and automatic brightness regulation on the basis of the colour of preform).
